I usually don&#8217;t get much mail from it, maybe a couple of messages a month, and a few more during thunderstorm seasons.  The last couple of days, it&#8217;s been frantically warning me several times a day about the arctic air blast hitting us, as if I didn&#8217;t already know its fu-reeezing cold. This morning&#8217;s message included the statement:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\n &#8220;TEMPERATURES WILL BOTTOM OUT AT 5 TO 10 DEGREES ABOVE<br \/>\nZERO, BUT WHEN COMBINED WITH NW WINDS OF 10 TO 15 MPH, WIND<br \/>\nCHILL VALUES WILL APPROACH 5 TO 10 DEGREES BELOW ZERO.
