Nothing special, just burning some vacation time before it disappears, and enjoying the break in the weather. This summer&#8217;s heat and drought put a damper (reverse pun?) on a lot of outdoor activities. Now that it&#8217;s a little nicer, I took <a href=\"\/beasts\/horses.html#arthur\">Arthur<\/a> and the <a href=\"\/beasts\/dogs.html\">boys<\/a> for hacks around the farm all 3 days.  Arthur and I need to get prepped for <a href=\"\/foxhunting\/\">hunt season<\/a>, which might get underway real soon now that the weather has changed.  Temperatures in the 90s and rock-hard ground haven&#8217;t been conducive to any kind of fitness work.
